I’m a member of Smaritans Ministry. It’s a Christian Health Care organization. I opted for this after my husband retired. His healthcare is covered with his former employment, but I’m no longer covered under his plan. So I decided to become a member of Samaritans Ministries instead of signing up for Obamacare, which I had no good feelings about.
For a single person with Samaritans, it costs $180 a month, a little more for a family, but still, it is cheaper than regular healthcare costs. It is not health insurance, but a sharing ministry by its members. When you have a claim, you turn it into Samaritan and they send your need to those in the network. Everyone pays their share amount to the ones who Samaritan chooses and they send you the need and you send your payment to that individual along with a note and a prayer.
It’s a great organization in healthcare. I’m so glad I decided to go with them, although I haven’t had to send in a claim yet, I feel good about them and confident that this organization will take care of my needs at the appropriate time. You may want to check them out and pass this information along. It’s an awesome organization.
They send a newsletter each month, along with those who need prayer. They disclose the need of the individual along with my payment invoice. Prayers are requested and when I send my payment to the individual in need, I send a note of encouragement and let them know I’m praying for them.
I’m thankful for Samaritans Ministries.
Samaritans Ministries sends a newsletter each month, along with those who are in need of prayers. On the back page of their newsletter, there’s a scripture that is always an encouragement. I’d like to share it because it seems appropriate for the times we’re living in right now.
Matthew 5:11-12: “Blessed are you when others revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely on My account. Rejoice and be glad, for your reward is great in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.”
If we can only keep this scripture in our hearts, I believe we can stand strong as we see the days drawing nearer to the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. They persecuted Him, and accused him falsely, and they will do the same to us. We must take courage and stand strong.
Keep your eyes focused on Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, and He will give you strength for the coming days.

You will be blessed!
